Unboxing Policy for LED TVs

Please follow the instructions below at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth installation and hassle-free replacement process.

  • Inspect the Package: Carefully inspect the outer packaging immediately upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage or tampering, please do not discard the packaging.
  • Record an Unboxing Video: Before opening the package, start recording a continuous, unedited unboxing video. The video should clearly capture the sealed package, the complete unboxing process, the TV, and all accessories.
  • Do Not Power On or Install: Do not switch on, install, or wall-mount the TV before the visit of a brand-authorized service engineer. The official installation and demonstration will be carried out by the engineer.
  • Professional Installation: The authorized service engineer will install the TV either as a wall-mounted or tabletop unit, based on your preference, and provide a complete product demonstration.
  • Damage Reporting: If any physical damage is found during unboxing, stop the installation immediately. The continuous unboxing video will be required to verify and process any replacement request.

Important: Claims for physical damage without a continuous, unedited unboxing video may not be accepted. Any damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, improper storage, unauthorized installation, or misuse is not covered under the replacement or warranty policy.
