Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are processed.

  • In case of cancellation requests before dispatch, you may contact our customer support. Approval will be subject to order status.

  • If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only under the following condition:

  • If the product is found damaged during transit (delivery).

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video and photos as proof.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product within 5–7 business days.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability in stock.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • If the product is not serviceable from our end due to any technical or logistical issue.

  • If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced or delivered.

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
