Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are processed.

In case of cancellation requests before dispatch, you may contact our customer support. Approval will be subject to order status.

If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only under the following condition:

If the product is found damaged during transit (delivery).

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video and photos as proof.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product within 5–7 business days.

Exchange is subject to product availability in stock.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

If the product is not serviceable from our end due to any technical or logistical issue.

If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced or delivered.
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
